There’s always that feeling that compels us to do or say certain things despite us feeling differently. It’s as if it’s only when you’re on a diet that the cravings for fast food appear stronger than ever. Or when you finally decide that you’re going to drop an old habit, but you keep putting it off for tomorrow, and tomorrow turns into a month. It seems that there’s always something within us that’s constantly at odds with what we want to do to better ourselves. Why is it that we would want to self-sabotage and go against our desire to improve? This disconnect between us and our mind tends to leave us with feelings of loneliness and confusion, causing disharmony within ourselves. What if there was a way to gain control, dispelling the discord of confusion and restoring the harmony between our unconscious mind and ourselves. If so, what would that process look like?
Join us for a deep-diving discussion this Friday, followed by a delicious dinner and musical meditation.
